Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian accent rug. This wool rug features a Turkmen-inspired design in a palette of cherry, ivory, camel and black. It begins with a cherry field latticed with geometric guls interspersed with starburst motifs. The field is framed by several borders, featuring ivory speckles and geometric patterns. Selvedges are overcast in blue, the rug finishing at each end with short cotton warp fringe. A label on the reverse reads ‘Made in Iran.’
