An original signed oil on canvas streetscape by listed artist Caroline Burnett. The colorful mid century work depicts a Parisian street scene, rendered in an impasto Impressionistic style with bold brushwork in a free manner. The scene shows tall buildings with banners and awnings, and two ladies dressed in finery walking on the intersection to the center foreground of the work. The painting is signed to the lower right and displayed in a rustic gray-painted beveled wooden frame with natural linen mat and gray-painted inner filet. The frame is wired to the back for wall attachment.
