A limited edition engraving with hand-pulled lithographic color and embossing on BFK Rives paper by famed Spanish Surrealist Salvador Dalì’s (1904 – 1989), fully titled Infra-terrestres adorés par Dalí à 5 ans car il se croyait insecte from the artist’s series La Conquête du Cosmos. This work is signed by hand in graphite to the lower right and numbered CII/CLXXXXV to the lower left. It is presented under glass with white matting in a gold-tone composite wood frame. A stamp from William Hartman Antique Prints/Fine Framing is marked to the verso.
Condition
- minor wear to frame includes stains, nicks, scratches, and finish loss scattered throughout.
