An antique memorial plaque for Charles Whitmire. This lithograph features a wreath of lilies, roses and morning glories around a ship’s anchor, with a floriate design bordering the composition. A poem and inscription reading ‘Died June 5, 1899. Aged 75 years’ are beneath the image. The work is presented under glass in a wood frame, wired to hang.
