An 1872 chromolithograph print of a Masonic chart of symbols. This antique full color print depicts twin columns adorned by masonic imagery, framing an image of a man praying before a stone altar. The print is attributed in-plate to Jos. D. Weeks & Co. Burlington in the lower left, and publisher Ehrgott & Krebbs, Lith. Cincinnati in the lower right. It is presented under glass in a wooden frame with gold tone trim.
Condition
- to fair; warping, toning, and foxing throughout ground; debris beneath glass; bubbles in glass; foxing and wear to gilt portion of frame; chips and scuffs throughout edges of frame; wire hanger is broken; wooden slats missing from verso of frame.
