The painting depicts Cincinnati’s historic Findlay Market in Over-The-Rhine, rendered in a loose impressionistic style, with the pale red brick facade of Cohen’s to the background, and to the mid ground, an array of colorful shoppers and vendors, with draped khaki awnings. The work is artist-signed to the lower right and displayed under glass with double mats of off white and gold and a rustic-finished wood frame, wired to the verso for wall attachment.
