An oil painting on board that appears to be signed ‘Kuome’. This pastoral scene depicts a group of cattle and sheep in the forest with a woman seated nearby watching over them while a man plays a pipe. It is signed to the lower right and presented in a gilt wood frame with ornate cartouche molding with wire to the verso for hanging.

- nicks to painting with paint loss to center, lower left and upper left corner; accretion and discoloration to painting and frame; cracks and wear throughout frame finish and molding; some areas of loss to finish of frame.
