A hand-knotted Anatolian goat hair prayer rug. The small carpet has been worked in shades of clementine, ruby, indigo, ivory, camel, and pink. The design features panels occupied by pictorial elements including buildings, arches, and plants in vases. The narrow border is infilled with small diamonds. The selvedges show multiple overcasting and there is long goat hair fringe at each end. The carpet is not labeled.
