An original watercolor painting on paper by 20th century American artist William ‘Bill’ Rehse (Middletown, OH). The painting depicts the small Ohioan town from which the artist comes, as it existed during the 1970s. Shops and cars line a wide road, all painted in bright, loose fields of color. The painting is signed to the lower right. It is double-matted in brown and white and is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with a hanging wire.
