Item Details
A set of vintage Weimar Harmonie cobalt gilt tea service. This vintage porcelain tea set was made circa mid-century in East Germany by Weimar in their pattern Harmonie. Each piece features glossy white porcelain with gold edging and as well as repeating stylized floral motifs at each peak of the cobalt-blue scalloping pattern. The pieces included are a teapot with lid catch, a lidded sugar bowl and creamer, six demitasse cups and six saucers. Each piece is marked by Weimar to the underside, along with ‘real Weimar cobalt’ in German, the pattern name, and ‘made in GDR’.
