Hand Painted Chinese Porcelain Plates

Item Details

A collection of four Chinese porcelain plates. The plates are painted by hand with polychrome enamels and depict a scene of figures seeming to be engaged in some sort of battle. The undersides bear a red apocryphal Qianlong reign mark, however, they were produced in the late Republic period (1912-1949) or later in the 20th century.
