An oval gouache painting of a landscape. This work depicts a moonlit scene with a yellow home nestled amongst trees along a river. It is apparently unsigned. A stamp to the reverse read ‘Chicago Portrait Company’. It is presented is a wood frame with a wire for hanging verso.
Condition
- cracks in glass at bottom portion and left portion; scratches and wear throughout frame; toning and warping on backing of frame.
