Signed Black Clay Lidded Vessel

Item Details

A signed black clay lidded vessel. This pot is fitted with a reed accented domed lid, along with a speckled brown finish, with bands of unfinished clay. The underside is incised with a fish motif, ‘2000’, and an illegible artist signature. There is also a seed beaded necklace draped around the shoulder of the pot.

Condition

- minor surface wear and abrasions particularly to lid.
