A pair of hand-colored intaglio prints on paper titled Chiens en defaut and Barriere Franchie after paintings by French painter Carle Vernet. This pieces depict a fox hunter on a horse and hunting dogs. Each piece is presented behind matting and glass in a wood frame that is wired to the verso for hanging.
