Vintage French Provincial Style Needlepoint Chair and Footstool
Item Details
An assembled pair of French Provincial style furniture including an armchair and a footstool. The pieces feature needlepoint upholstery with pink floral designs on blue ground with metal stud borders and a couple in antiquated clothing to the center of the chair back. The pairing offers curved aprons, cabriole legs with carved flower accents, and elevated inverted scroll feet. The chair presents carved leaves to the curved rail and concave arms. There are no visible maker’s marks.

- fabric to underside of chair is torn, backing show tears and damage; discoloration of wood to back of chair; wear and staining to needlepoint fabric.
