An early 19th century Gaudy Dutch footed cup and saucer set in the Grape pattern. Gaudy Dutch pottery was made in England for the American market in the early 1800’s, hand decorated in bright cobalt blue, iron red, green and yellow patterns that were inspired by Japanese Imari porcelain. This hand decorated piece is presented in the Grape pattern featuring grape motifs accented with leaves and cobalt geometrical trim.
