An antique brass floor ashtray stand by Alfred Dunhill. This smoking accessory features a metal ashtray with a hinged bottom for clearing ash set upon a metal column with a footed base. The ashtray stand is marked ‘Alfred Dunhill of London and New York’ to the underside, with a patent date of 1836.
