A mid century oil on canvas streetscape by artist H. Burnet. The painting depicts a wide intersection with Neoclassic domed buildings to the distant right and row of mansarded roof buildings to the left. To the center mid ground and left foreground are tall mansard-roofed buildings with colorful awnings, with strollers in the street and a fruit tree to the right mid ground. The painting is rendered in an impasto impressionistic style with dramatic brushstrokes. The work is displayed in a beveled wooden frame with pale gilded band and natural linen filet, wired to the verso.
