A Zenith model J514GR ‘Owl Eyes’ clock radio, dating to 1953. This model features a dark brown Bakelite case, with a Telechron clock radio and AM radio tuning dial in the distinctive Zenith ‘Owl Eyes’ arrangement to the face, flanking a single speaker and two gold-toned knobs. The back features the Zenith name and an external plug for a coffee pot or toaster.
