A pair of East Asian-style wooden sculptures of napping children. These carvings depict a little boy and little girl sleeping with their heads resting on what seems to be a watermelon, one arm resting next to their cheeks to keep the fruit from rolling away. The carvings are lightly colored and do not appear to have any maker’s marks.
