Thonet Style Rocking Chair

A Thonet style rocking chair. This bentwood frame piece has a caned oval backrest, on an oval support that connects it to the squared, caned seat. The back’s support stiles curve backward, then down to the curved armrests and curled sides. There are no visible maker’s marks.
