A set of six weighted sterling silver salt cellars with matching spoons by Pedro Durán. The salt cellars feature shell-shaped bowls, figural cherubs depicted playing unique instruments, and pedestal bases with affixed black rubber undersides. Each cellar is marked with a Pedro Durán hallmark and signature. They are presented with six matching shell spoons with gadroon handles and scrolled terminals; each marked ‘925’. The sterling silver spoons have a total approximate weight of 0.545 ozt.
