A Berwin ‘Superior’ tin litho typewriter toy. This typewriter toy is comprised of tin with lithographic detailing in gray with a red backdrop over its QWERTY keys. The typewriter includes a dial at its center with letters and numerals, and its marked to its back in black lettering ‘Berwin ’Superior’ Typwriter Sales Represenative Ellcraft Industries, Inc.’ The toy was produced in the 1940s.
