Antique George II Style Pier Table with Marble Top

An antique George II style pier table with a very dark stained finish. It has a green stone top with beveled edges, resting on a beveled and carved cornice support with intricately carved ribbon, shell, floral and fruit motifs. It rises up on cabriole legs with carved acanthus knees, ending in whorl feet. No maker’s mark.

- missing a swag from one end; wood has surface marks, scuffs, dings, wear, some small broken off pieces, some repairs, some of which are included; stone top has surface marks, scratches, wear
