Victor Obler Company Silver Plate Service Tray
Item Details
A mid-century silver plate service tray by the Victor Obler Company (active circa 1930s-1950s, New York City) which specialized in reproductions of 19th century Old Sheffield Plate. It features an oval shape with a reticulated rim and scalloped edge. The center of the tray has an engraved rampant lion, and it is marked along the outside with Victor Oblers pseudo-hallmark maker’s mark.
