An Amanta leather lounge chair designed by Mario Bellini. This chair features a chestnut leather exterior, rounded edges, and a three-button back.

Born in Milan in 1935, Mario Bellini is known as an innovative architect and designer as well as the editor of Domus Magazine. He has been given the Medaglia d’Oro award in 2004 for his contribution to furthering design and architecture in the world and the Ambrogino d’Oro award for civic merit in 20011. The most notable buildings Bellini has designed include the Tokyo Design Centre in Japan, the Natuzzi America Headquarters in the United States, the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne, and the Department of Islamic Art at the Louvre in Paris. Bellini’s work is currently in the permanent design collection of the New York Museum of Modern Art.
