French Provincial Style Double Armoire Dressers With Vanity By Fancher
Item Details
A French Provincial style double armoire with vanity and mirror by Fancher Furniture. The twin armoires and vanity are constructed of solid wood. Each paneled armoire has a curved bonnet, cabriole legs, and double doors with arched openings faced with chicken wire and lined with fabric curtains. The hardware is brass and the interiors are fitted with divided storage compartments and a stack of drawers with dovetail construction. ‘Fancher’ is marked on the interior of a drawer. The vanity top connects the two armoires. It has a serpentine shape, multiple drawers, and a matching brass drawer pull. The mirror has a carved wooden frame with a curvilinear frame. There are similar nightstands in lot 18CHI062-188.
Condition
- some damage to finishes.-Please note this item is on the top floor at the estate will need to be taken apart.
