Industrial designer, Johan Verde, was born in 1964 and is one of Norway’s most recognized designers. Verde began designing and making leather jewelry at an early age and applied those skills to give shape to everything from chocolate to furniture. After completing his studies at the Institute of Industrial Design, Verde opened his own design studio in Oslo. Verde has been awarded the iF design award, Red Dot Design Award, Good Design Award/Norwegian Design Council and the PEN Awards/Paris.
