An 1864 edition of History of West Point and its Military Importance During the American Revolution and the Origin and Progress of the United States Military Academy by Captain Edward C. Boynton, A.M. Published in New York by D. Van Nostrand. Half leather, raised leather spine with gilt and patterned paste down and end papers. There are a few fold down maps throughout the book, however the front folding diorama of Hudson River has separated from its position in front of the title page.

Condition

- some foxing and yellowing on the pages. One fold down insert has become detached from the spine. Some wear to the top and bottom of the leather on the cover boards
