An oil painting titled Rue Norvins by listed French artist Charles Blondin (1913-1991). This Parisian street scene depicts an artist with easel painting a picturesque street corner with a view of the domes of the Sacré-Cœur. The work is signed by Blondin in the lower left corner. It is presented in a white washed wood and gesso frame with a linen liner and a brass name plate along the bottom rail. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.
