A watercolor on paper titled Old Oak by St. Louis artist Emilee Felknor (1927-1994). This piece depicts a partially uprooted oak tree, gnarled branches with thin leaves. The piece is painted in black on a beige toned paper. It is signed to the lower right and presented behind acrylic glass in a painted black wood frame with a fabric liner and an artist statement and business card to the verso. The work is wired to the verso for hanging.
