A 1939 Philco Model 40-125 portable radio featuring a matched mahogany veneer housing with a single arched handle to the top; three knobs and six preset buttons. The radio receives both police band and broadcast AM band radio. It retains its original paper label to the underside marked ‘Model 40-125’.

Condition

- scratches and wear throughout; some chips in the veneer and finish; missing knob; missing back; oxidation; dust and dirt noted; did not power on when tested.
