A framed slice of geode. This somewhat-translucent stone features rings of warm color and is mounted against a brownish-gray ground. It is matted under glass in a shadowbox-style frame with a sawtooth bracket for hanging.

- accretions between glass and matting; wear to frame; backing paper has been torn.
