A set of four prints on paper, dating from the late 19th-century to 2006, depicting history and locations in Kentucky, West Virginia and Wisconsin. Included are an 1874 hand-colored engraving titled Harper’s Ferry by Moonlight after G. Perkins and R. Hinshelwood; 1860 sheet music titled Milwaukee Light Guard/United States Zouave Cadets, Chicago and two offset lithographs, with titles including Perryville – The Battle for Kentucky by Dwight Carter; City of Louisville after A.C. Warren and E.P. Brandard. The offset prints are presented under glass in black wooden frames; the others are presented unframed.
Condition
- ranges from good to fair; discoloration to antique pages; foxing marks and wear to antique pages, particularly to sheet music; tears to pages of music, with graphite script to cover; wear and marks to edges of unframed offset lithograph; minor wear to frames.
