An Elgin quartz carriage style anniversary clock. A German clock that features a carriage style brass case with reeded columns and glass paneled sides. The clock features a brass bezel surrounding a gold tone face with white hour markers that have black Roman numerals and an etched scrollwork center with black serpentine hands. The clock stands on lined columns with embossed leaves and a gold tone torsion pendulum with orb weights. Other features of the clock include a German quartz movement, a brass handle on the bonnet and the clock stands on a plinth style base. The clock is marked ‘Elgin’ on the face.
