A vintage Arvin Industries Transistor 8 radio Model 68R88 Walnut with a leather cover. This portable radio features an AM tuner, treble/bass adjuster, and volume knobs on the front with an internal speaker. The wooden case radio is covered by a brown cowhide leather cover including a handle at the top. Two snaps hold the back of the radio closed. When opened up the operational components, hidden under protective covers, can be accessed. A maker’s label is affixed to the inside of the back cover.
