A mid-to-late 20th-century watercolor painting on paper by artist F. Clarke. The Impressionist-inspired piece depicts a bucolic country landscape under blue skies and wispy white clouds. Tall shade trees and green vegetation surround small cottages that border a blue pond, as a group of white gouache-embellished geese rest along its banks. The work is signed to the lower right. It is presented under glass in a wooden frame with green and gold tone finish, fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
