Haviland Limoges "Earthly Paradise" and Other Plates

A twenty three piece collection of vintage tableware with Flora and Fauna theme. This group features five plates in the Earthly Paradise pattern from Charles Field Haviland, Limoges. The plates are signed by Claude Beyer and are numbered one through six to the underside as well as showing a biblical quote from Genesis 1-25, ‘And God made the beast of the earth after his kind and cattle after their kind…’ These pieces are marked by the maker and date to the 1930’s. Also included are six botanical plates from Tradition, France, six colorful floral plates and six fruit plates from Hutschenreuther, Germany.
