Item Details
A vintage Masterphone 925 Bakelite telephone, manufactured by the Kellogg Switchboard and Supply Co. of Chicago. This model was nicknamed the ‘Ashtray’ because of the round depressions on either side of the base that resembled ashtrays. Printed mark on underside ‘M.F.P. TROPICALIZED SEPT. 1945’.
