A 1950s Sentinel Wafer electric wall clock designed by Henry Dreyfuss for Ingraham. Dreyfuss (1904-1972) was an industrial designer who created such iconic designs as the Touchtone Princess phone for Western Electric; the Tap-Lite Light Switch for Honeywell; and the Model B tractor for John Deere. This clock features a silver tone metal bezel with glass front and white dial., a black lined circular design to the center with black arabic numerals and hash marks, and two black hands and a red metal hand. It is marked ‘Sentinel Wafer’ and ‘The E. Ingraham Co. Bristol, Conn. U.S.A.’ to the dial.
