Antique Victorian Shaving Stand

Item Details

An antique oak shaving stand, mid to late 19th century, in poplar. The piece features a round framed mirror with incised, turned support over an upright dresser fitted with protective glass, one hand-cut dovetail joinery drawer and two paneled cabinet doors. It rises on shaped panel sides with bracket feet.

Condition

- the mirror is cracked; finish wear, surface scratches, nicks and marks.
