A four-piece selection of antique and vintage dining chairs. The selection includes a Hepplewhite dining chair with a concave carved crest rail with floral patterned inlay, turned spindles, a gold brocade upholstered seat with fringe, and straight, square tapered legs. A Neoclassical mahogany chair has a curved, carved scroll crest rail with inlay, a pierced lyre back, a floral tapestry upholstered seat, and saber legs with brass casters. A vintage Duncan Phyfe chair has a carved crest rail with flower and leaf motifs, a scrolled horizontal back, serpentine side supports, a floral upholstered seat, and saber legs. This chair retains its original tab and label, marked ‘Bassett Furniture Industries’. A Victorian chair has a red painted finish with gold painted accents, featuring a tall back with a scrolled, pierced and carved crest rail, a turned spindle back with tapered side supports, a wide, contoured seat, and turned saber legs, with spindle stretchers. Except where noted, the chairs are not marked.
