A New Haven Clock Company Warwick banjo clock. A vintage banjo clock that is circa 1930 and features a reverse painted image with a Mayflower motif. The clock case has a cherry finish on select hardwoods and veneers and features a gold tone eagle finial and a round bonnet with a brass framed glass cover that displays a white metal face with painted black Arabic numbers and hands with a brass key arbor. Other features of the clock include a wood and glass center that displays a gold tone floral design, brass, openwork side columns and a storage compartment with a hinged door. The door features a tablet front that displays a reverse painted image with a Mayflower motif. The clock has an 8-day movement, a winding key and a hook for hanging on the verso. The clock is marked ‘Warwick’ and ‘New Haven Clock Co.’ on the verso.
