A wonderful pair of 18K yellow gold clip earrings designed by Aldo Cipullo (1935-1984), featuring a contemporary spiral design of folded ribbon with two 6.5 × 4.5 mm oval synthetic rubies flush mounted to the center. The backs are open clips which are marked ‘18K’. Inside is cast signed ‘A. Cipullo’. Cipullo designed jewelry for his own line as well as Cartier, David Webb and Tiffany.
