A lithograph print on paper titled Times Square after a piece by American cartoonist Mark Alan Stamaty (born 1947) and originally published in 1978 in the Village Voice. This cartoon depicts a busy interpretation of Times Square in New York City with crowded streets and sidewalks with commentaries on the sexual imagery, commercialism, and other social topics being made through the speech of characters and signage within the scene, as well as the actions and appearance of many characters including anthropomorphized animals. IT is signed in plate to the lower right corner and has the artist, title, and publication information printed along the lower margin. It is presented behind glass in a plain wood frame that is wired to the verso for hanging.
