A watercolor painting on paper titled John’s Avocado Ranch by listed American artist Hank Virgona (born 1929). This piece depicts a grove of trees in loose, washed color. It is signed to the lower right as well as signed, titled, and dated 1987 to the verso. The work is presented mounted with a mat, behind glass, and in a gold tone wood frame with wire to the verso for hanging.

Condition

- accretion between mat boards; foxing at upper left portion of top mat board; cracks and wear to paint on surface of frame; smudges throughout backing paper on verso of frame; adhesive aged on verso of frame.
