Paul Eppling Sculpture "Scrap Dragon"

An assemblage sculpture titled Scrap Dragon by American artist Paul Eppling (died 2016). This piece uses repurposed car parts and metal to depict a scaled dragon with wings made from a red wire grill frame. The dragon stands with arms raised and one foot on a box that had the title cut out of two sides. It is signed and dated 2005 to the back of the left forearm and is wired with red LED lights in the eyes.

Condition

- some discoloration and tarnish to metal throughout particularly to larger pieces; surface wear throughout; some scratches and abrasions to metal.
