A 1976 Bally Capt. Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy pinball machine featuring Elton John. Named for the album of the same name, this machine features an image of John in an outrageous outfit, playing the game in an arena before cheering fans. The red, white, and blue case holds a four-flipper play area with chrome framing. The game accommodates up to four players, and two keys are included.

- all bulbs appear to light up; score-keeping mechanism seems to have a short it in it, which resets after a little adjustment in the back; top left flipper occasionally sticks; some wear to the components on the playing track from use; some scratching, wear, and chipping to the case from age; some wear and tarnish to the metal frame and to the interior.
