George III South Wales Oak Pot Board Dresser, Early 19th Century

Item Details

An antique George III dark stained oak pot board dresser, likely South Wales, early 19th century. The top comprised of a molded cornice above a frieze with cup hooks and two open shelves. The cabinet features three aligned drawers, including hand-cut dovetail joinery and brass batwing plated pulls. Two lower drawers join a fretwork bracketed apron and turned stiles and legs. A planked shelf falls below.
