An antique handwoven linsey-woolsey jacquard blue and white coverlet. The item comes from a Scottish-English tradition, and is handmade into a strong, coarse material from a cotton warp and a woolen weft. It has a repeating geometric motif in indigo and white and no visible maker’s marks.
